Drew Kodituwakku, B.Arch.Sc.
Owner and Principal

As Owner and Principal of WCML, Drew Kodituwakku brings a hands-on, design-led approach to every project, with experience spanning residential, multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. His work is grounded in clarity, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Prior to founding WCML, Drew served as Senior Construction Manager at Scotiabank Real Estate, where he led national construction initiatives and complex project delivery programs. He is also a founding partner of Front Street Development Group, a real estate investment firm focused on low-rise urban infill development.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University School of Architecture).
