Toronto โ€“ Regent Park

Solution Type: Project Management

In the heart of Regent Park, as part of the areaโ€™s ongoing revitalization and mixed-use transformation, we led the execution of a full interior fit-out for a new bank branch. The goal: to create a financial institution space that is contemporary, welcoming, secure, and responsive to the unique neighbourhood context.

Modern office reception area with red accent wall, large screen displaying hockey game, glass front, and stylish chairs.
The exterior of a modern building with a large white and red 5G logo sign and a smaller 5G logo sign below it, reflecting nearby high-rise buildings.
Night view of a Scotiabank branch with a bright red illuminated sign and window accents, situated on a city street with tram tracks in the foreground and trees outside.
Scotiabank interior with a white counter, computers, a chair, and a glass partition. The bank's logo is illuminated on the wall, and there are black pendant lights hanging from the ceiling.
Reception area of an office with a large illuminated logo on a wooden wall, glass walls with reflections, and modern lighting fixtures.
City street scene at dusk with modern buildings, traffic lights, and a blurred white car moving through.

Acoustic panels, soft fabrics, and patterned glass balance openness, sound control, and privacy. Integrated security ensures safety without disrupting design. Layered lighting shapes spaces, while subtle signage and color guide users and reflect the brand and local context.
